Welcome to EVOLE: The Winners Cult (“EVOLE”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EVOLE’s website, mobile applications, and all related services and content (collectively, the “Platform”).

EVOLE provides curated audio and text-based learning experiences, including chapter-wise book summaries across 28+ non-fiction genres, short-form wisdom content (“Blooms”), transformative quotes, and related self-development tools.

By accessing, registering, subscribing to, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including free users, trial users, subscribers, and purchasers.

EVOLE offers proprietary educational and inspirational content (“Platform Content”), which may include:

• Book Summaries: 1,000+ concise summaries
• 2-Minute Wisdom (Blooms): 5,000+ short insights
• Transformative Quotes: 40,000+ curated quotes
• Audio & Text Formats
• AI Journal and Premium Learning Sessions (New content is added weekly.)

Account Types

1. Basic Account (Free): Limited access to content
2. Paid Subscription: Full library access, personalized recommendations, AI Journal, and premium sessions
3. Individual Purchases: One-time purchase with lifetime access to selected content
4. Trials: Temporary access to premium features

All Platform Content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws and is owned by EVOLE or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform Content strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

EVOLE’s brand, trademarks, logos, domain names, and visual identity are the exclusive property of EVOLE and may not be used without written permission.

To access EVOLE, you must create an account.

• Registration is free
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Impersonation or use of false information is prohibited
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accounts are strictly personal and may not be shared

You agree to notify EVOLE immediately at support@evole.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges related to purchases made on the Platform.

You agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, copy, scrape, decompile, or exploit the Platform
• Upload or transmit harmful software (viruses, malware, trojans, etc.)
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing
• Interfere with the security or functioning of the Platform

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

Paid subscriptions (“Subscription Access”) may be offered on a monthly, annual, or other basis.

• Payment is charged upfront
• Subscription access begins upon payment confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Pricing and features may vary by plan

Subscriptions may be purchased via:

• EVOLE’s website
• Third-party app stores (Google Play / Apple App Store)

If purchased via an app store, billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by that store’s policies.

EVOLE may offer free trials at its discretion.

• Trials provide temporary access to premium features
• Some trials may require payment details
• If not canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan
• Trial terms will be clearly disclosed before activation

Certain content may be purchased individually for lifetime access.

• Purchases are final and binding
• Access is personal and non-transferable
• Content may not be shared, resold, or redistributed
• Lifetime access applies for as long as the Platform exists and supports the content format

If your plan includes live or premium sessions:

• Sessions are for personal use only
• EVOLE may reschedule or cancel sessions with notice
• Respectful behavior is mandatory
• Recording or redistribution is strictly prohibited

Violation may result in removal from sessions or termination of access.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or app store.

• Subscription access remains active until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on applicable laws and payment method
• For website purchases, refund requests must be sent to support@evole.in

In-app purchases are subject to Apple or Google refund policies.

The Platform and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVOLE shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Platform interruptions, technical issues, or inaccuracies
• Events beyond EVOLE’s reasonable control

EVOLE does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate content.
